Carl grew up in a real estate family.  Carl is a S-O-B.  Son Of Broker.  LOL.  Carl R.Guettler, Carl Jr's Dad was a successful real estate Broker in Miami when Carl was growing up and now Carl A. Guettler is a successful real estate Broker following his fathers footsteps.

Having lived in Florida since he was 8 years old, Carl and his family are now Viera residents since 2006. Although he loves living in Viera, he has extensive knowledge of all of Brevard County. Carl was an owner operator of a successful home repair company in Brevard County for 8 years.  Who wouldn't want a home repair specialist on their side during a real estate transaction?  During his time running his home repair business he serviced thousands of Brevard County clients.  He has been in thousands of Brevard County homes so he knows Brevard homes like nobody else.   Listening and then satisfying the needs of homeowners has enabled Carl to truly understand what people care about and what they are looking to achieve with their home. This makes him confident that he can turn any buyer’s or seller's wants and wishes into a reality.

We have  adopted a dog named Sparky as well. Carl has managed a Viera Suntree little league baseball team for six seasons and is an avid golfer. He invites anyone needing a friend to play golf with to contact him. He knows all the local golf courses and golf communities in Brevard County and surrounding Counties. He’s also an avid boater, which allows he and his family to enjoy sunny Florida’s full potential.
